Kidnapping of Mustafa Alaa Qandah 9 y/o

On June 12, 2025, the Israeli soldiers arrested two children after brutally assaulting them in the village of Abu Shkheidem, northwest of Ramallah.

A group of six Israeli soldiers forcibly took 9-year-old Mustafa Alaa Qandah from his home, throwing him to the ground.

One soldier was seen beating him with his hands and rifle butt while hurling insults at him.

Following the assault, the child was forced out of the yard and taken to a military vehicle, where he was taken to a detention center.

Local sources reported that the Israeli forces also arrested another child, who was later identified as Mohammad Jadallah Qandah, during the same raid on Abu Shkheidem, amid heavy fire of tear gas canisters.
