"A Hamas naval operative who planned an attack on Israeli troops was killed in an airstrike in the Gaza Strip yesterday, the military says. According to the IDF, Ibrahim al-Khaldi was a "source of expertise" in Hamas's naval force and was planning maritime attacks on Israeli troops.
